Terms of sale
The general framework for MORPHERIS projects. Your accepted proposal always defines the scope, price and project-specific conditions.
Where an accepted proposal or quotation states a price, timeline, number of revisions or specific scope, those project-specific terms supplement these conditions and define the relevant project.
1. Purpose
These terms govern website design, redesign, development and deployment services offered under the MORPHERIS brand, together with optional maintenance or improvement services when expressly purchased.
2. Scope
Morphéris Local mainly covers straightforward professional websites, generally between one and five pages, with standard options added where useful. The exact page count, features, languages, integrations and deliverables are those stated in the accepted proposal or quotation. Anything not stated is not included by default.
3. Proposal and commitment
Before work begins, MORPHERIS sets out scope, price, applicable taxes, payment terms, known third-party costs and an indicative schedule. The project becomes binding under the conditions stated in that proposal, including acceptance and any deposit required to start.
4. Start conditions
The production schedule begins once scope is approved and essential inputs have been received: business information, contact details, required content and media, authorised access and any payment due at the start. A stated timeline excludes periods waiting for missing information, client feedback or third-party action.
5. Content and accuracy
The client remains responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and the right to use any copy, logos, images, trademarks, testimonials or other material provided. MORPHERIS does not knowingly publish a qualification, certification, guarantee, price, service area or factual commercial promise about the client unless it has been confirmed.
6. Revisions and changes
The number of revision rounds included is defined in the proposal. Adjustments within the approved scope are treated as revisions. A new page, new functionality, unplanned integration, additional language or major structural change may be treated as additional scope and quoted separately.
7. Go-live
Publication takes place once the agreed scope has been validated, applicable checks completed and any sums due before launch have been paid. Domain connection, redirects and third-party services depend on the access and conditions of the relevant providers.
8. Third-party services
Domains, booking, payments, email, storage, premium CMS products, APIs, analytics or other third-party services may have their own fees and terms. They are included in the MORPHERIS price only when expressly stated. Where practical, necessary accounts are created or transferred in the client’s name.
9. MORPHERIS Care
Maintenance or MORPHERIS Care is optional and separate from website creation. Scope, price, duration, included changes and cancellation terms are those stated in the relevant subscription or proposal. Buying a website does not require a Care subscription.
10. Intellectual property
Subject to full payment, elements specifically developed for delivery to the client are transferred under the conditions stated in the proposal. Open-source libraries, generic technical components, internal MORPHERIS tools, fonts, licensed assets and third-party services remain subject to their own licences and rights.
11. Performance, SEO and outcomes
MORPHERIS uses reasonable efforts to produce a fast, accessible and technically sound website within the agreed scope. No specific Lighthouse score, Google ranking, number of enquiries, revenue or other commercial result is guaranteed unless a separate written commitment states otherwise.
12. Liability and continuity
MORPHERIS is responsible for services within its scope subject to the proposal and applicable law. MORPHERIS cannot guarantee third-party availability, pricing, policies or platform decisions. Transfer or continuity arrangements are organised according to the actual architecture of the project.
13. Personal data
Data collected through the brief, proposal, order and delivery process is processed according to the privacy policy published on the website.
