Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it and the rights available to you.
1. Data controller
Data collected through morpheris.com is processed for the business operating under the MORPHERIS brand. Full legal details of the controller will be completed in the legal notice before final commercial launch.
2. Data collected
The Morphéris Local enquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone number, current website, business sector, service area, project situation and description of what you want the website to achieve. A technical request reference, language and journey source may also accompany the record. Forms shown inside demonstrations are fictional and do not transmit what is typed into them.
3. Purposes
This information is used to reply to your enquiry, understand your business, qualify the need, prepare a proposal, manage commercial and operational follow-up, prevent abuse and, if you become a client, deliver the agreed services.
4. Legal bases
Depending on context, processing relies on pre-contractual steps you request, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or MORPHERIS’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its service.
5. Hosting and providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database so they are durably recorded before required notifications are sent. Other technical providers may be used for email, payments, analytics or services included in your project. Only data necessary for each function is used.
6. Retention
Prospect data is retained for a period proportionate to handling the enquiry and commercial relationship. Client and transaction data may be retained longer where law, accounting, contractual evidence or the defence of rights requires it.
7. International transfers
Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, MORPHERIS favours providers implementing the contractual mechanisms or safeguards required by applicable regulation.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your data and object to certain processing. Identity verification may be requested when necessary to secure the request. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
9. Cookies and local storage
Language choice may be stored in a technical cookie. If you enable draft saving, form information remains in your browser for around 30 minutes and can be cleared from the form. Vercel Web Analytics may be used for audience measurement without adding an advertising network to the journey.
10. Updates
This policy may change to reflect technical, legal or operational changes. The version published on the website is the version applicable when you consult it.
