If no 72-hour slot is available, the next slot is communicated before production starts — never after the sale.
REVISIONS
You consolidate your adjustments to the version presented. Copy, image, colour or spacing changes belong to a revision cycle. A new page, new functionality or a complete creative-direction change is new scope.
Extra cycle: Launch €120 · Business €180 · Premium €250. Consolidated feedback is recommended within 5 business days; after that, the project may resume in the next available production slot.

Care is optional. It is never required to retain ownership of a website you have already paid for.

For eligible Launch and Business projects, a complete viewable first version is produced within 72 business hours of the official production start. The clock starts only when payment, brief, content, access and production slot are confirmed.
Essential covers core technical foundations. Business adds page-level optimisation, Search Console, analytics and key redirects. Advanced also covers the technical structure needed for CMS or editorial content and relevant structured data where applicable.
No. Website creation and Care are separate. You can use MORPHERIS, another provider or manage maintenance yourself.
Yes. Care is an operations and maintenance service, not a lock-in mechanism. Paid project-specific assets remain yours subject to applicable transfer terms and third-party licences.
Care Essential, Care and Care Pro can include managed hosting for standard usage. The domain remains separate and we recommend that the client owns it directly. Paid third-party services are identified before commitment.
For a standard project, the intended commercial rule is 50% to reserve the production slot and 50% before final launch, unless different terms are shown in the quote or order. No payment is requested in the initial enquiry form.
Prices are shown in euros. VAT treatment depends on the tax regime applicable at invoicing. The total amount payable and any VAT are stated in the quote or order before commitment.
We identify this before production starts. Complex APIs, member areas, marketplaces, large e-commerce projects, complex databases or advanced CRM integrations receive a custom proposal.
Yes. Simple extensions follow the options list. Larger changes are estimated before work begins.
You do. The first version is shown in preview. After included revision cycles and final approval, MORPHERIS runs pre-launch QA and publishes the site.
No. We optimise performance heavily, but exact scores also depend on content, video, scripts and third-party services. We prefer durable real-world performance to an artificial marketing number.
